Cruden Homes Launches Second Phase of West Craigs Green Development in Edinburgh
Cruden Homes has started the second phase of a 122-home project on Turnhouse Road in Edinburgh. This new phase of the West Craigs Green development, located in West Edinburgh, features a mix of apartments, terraces, semi-detached houses, and townhouses that overlook the newly landscaped Lennie Park.
Designed by Ian Springford Architects, the development is part of a larger master plan for the rapidly growing area, which will also include a school, nursery, cafe, and health centre.

Many of these spacious apartments feature balconies with beautiful views of Lennie Park and Turnhouse golf course. The development enhances standard housing types with custom townhouses and apartments, characterised by vertical bays of recessed balconies. Dark brick accents these recessed facades, while precast concrete panels at ground level mark the entrances.
